Raising the Bars

Raising the Bars is a set of self-paced learning modules designed to support educators teaching within schools inside of secure juvenile facilities and built around best practices in teaching and learning. Key instructional maneuvers essential to creating high-performing, inclusive, multi-level classrooms in alternative schools are explained, exemplified, and ready to put into action. Modules are organized by state and uniquely coordinated with the instructional rubrics currently used in schools within our juvenile justice settings.

CEEAS is partnering with teachers and school leaders in secure settings across the United States to create RtB. This initiative will continue to be developed and video footage of exemplary educators in secure settings will be continuously added.
