In February of 2014 twenty-three juvenile justice agencies applied to participate in Unjammed. We selected 7 after two-pronged application and interview process. Teachers attended an intensive 4 day tech camp to kick-off the school year. Administrators joined teachers for a 2 day tech camp. CEEAS supported system wide, policy change around Internet access, technology infrastructure and monitoring.
