“It is important to remember that educational software, like textbooks, is only one tool in the learning process. Neither can be a substitute for well-trained teachers, leadership, and parental involvement.” –

Keith Krueger

In February of 2014 twenty-three juvenile justice agencies applied to participate in Unjammed. We selected 7 after two-pronged application and interview process. Teachers attended an intensive 4 day tech camp to kick-off the school year. Administrators joined teachers for a 2 day tech camp. CEEAS supported system wide, policy change around Internet access, technology infrastructure and monitoring.
